1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SmartShop AI services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SmartShop AI provides an AI assistant for online stores that:
- Answers visitor questions about products
- Provides personalized recommendations
- Delivers analytics and performance reports
- Integrates with e-commerce platforms
3. Registration and Account
To use the services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information at registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Immediately notify any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for activities under your account
4. Plans and Payments
We offer multiple subscription plans. Payments are processed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Prices may be modified with 30 days prior notice.
In addition to the subscription fee, a usage-based commission (3% Starter / 2% Growth / 1.5% Enterprise) applies to SSAI-influenced sales. It is billed weekly via Stripe (Mondays, 00:00 UTC) on a separate subscription, and you authorize this charge when you subscribe.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Transmitting harmful or offensive content
- Attempting to compromise platform security
- Unauthorized resale or redistribution of services
6. Intellectual Property
SmartShop AI and all its components are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartShop AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service interface. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest.
